Information provided where personal data are collected from the data subject

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR"), we would like to explain how we collect, process, disclose and protect your personal data.

2) We process your personal data for the purpose of:

- fulfillment of a contract and fulfillment of contractual obligations mutually agreed upon (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

- complying with specific purpose expressed in consent given by you to process your personal data, where no other lawful basis of processing apply (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

3) Personal data may be disclosed to employees and/or contractors of Data Controller, appointed as authorized subjects or data processors, and communicated to other subjects or general categories of subjects other than the Data Controller, such as associates and subsidiaries, consultants, professionals, law firms, law enforcement and judicial authorities.

4) We will keep your information for as long as it is strictly required by law, especially regarding recovery of claims. In the absence of specific legal requirements, the information is kept for the necessary time.

5) You have the right to access, right to rectification of your personal data in any circumstances, as well as right to restriction of processing, right to be forgotten (erasure of your personal data), right to data portability, right to object to the processing of personal data – where circumstances specifically provided for in GDPR arise. You also have the right to withdraw consent for processing operations for which consent is required, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing operations based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.

6) You have the right to lodge the complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data whenever you feel there is any non - compliance with rights or rules stated in GDPR during processing by Data Controller.

7) The communication of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract, so you have the obligation to provide your personal data if you seek to maintain contractual relationship with the Company.

8) Data Controller might use automated decision-making, but will not use profiling based on your personal data.

9) Data Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
